Accessibility at Ryan Realty Group
Our commitment
Helping people find homes that fit their lives is the heart of this business, and that commitment starts with our own front door: this website. We want every visitor, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, or screen magnification, to be able to find, understand, and use everything on this site.
Conformance status
This website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We assess conformance through a combination of automated testing and manual testing with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and voice control software.

Current status: Partially conformant. Some parts of the site do not yet fully meet the standard, and we are actively remediating them.
Known limitations
- Embedded map: the interactive Google Maps embed on our Contact page is a third-party tool with limited keyboard and screen reader support. The full street address is always provided as text alongside it.
- Mortgage calculator: the calculator is a third-party tool that we are evaluating for keyboard and screen reader compatibility. If you have any difficulty using it, call us and we will run the numbers with you.
- Older content: some older blog posts and images may be missing text alternatives. We are reviewing and updating them.
Compatibility
This site is designed to work with recent versions of NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, Dragon NaturallySpeaking, and browser zoom up to 400%.
